Why support me?
I am a current member in good standing with the Central Committee
I have been instrumental in enabling the Santa Barbara County Republican Party to support pro parent, pro business, pro individual liberty, pro USA candidates and causes effectively by leveraging data tools, social media, web and text/email campaigns
I deliver deep tech expertise derived from decades in the high tech industry and 3 years working in technology in the political context to the benefit of local efforts in Santa Barbara County; no other central committee member has this deep level of tech expertise
I rebuilt and managed the party website pro bono from the ground up for the 2022 Election cycle (note: effective September 21st of 2023 and at the request of the Chairwoman the website content is now being directed by a paid political consultant)
I’m a skilled communicator and writer (check out my substack)
I created the vast majority of the voter walk lists and call lists for get out the vote efforts in 2022 (also done pro bono) and created and conducted custom online training for digital tools for our volunteers on request
I helped develop the Precinct Strategy program for Santa Barbara County along with fellow District 1 committee member Cheryl Trosky leveraging work from nationally recognized Dan Schultz
I am a delegate to the CA State Party

What does the Republican Party Central Committee do?
Every county in California has elected representatives to “run” recognized political party organizations; Central Committee Members greatly influence political outcomes locally - for your friends and family
The Santa Barbara County Republican Party Central Committee’s mission is to secure the election of qualified Republican candidates to every elected and appointed office in the county
Central Committee members reside in their Supervisorial District and perform the following activities to achieve the mission:
Candidate recruitment, mentoring
Campaigning (walk lists, phone banking, various get out the vote efforts)
Voter registration drives
Fundraise/fund endorsed candidates
Act as voting delegates to the CAGOP State Party organization (if selected as a delegate)
Regularly attend monthly committee meetings and bi-annual CA State Party Conventions (if selected to be a delegate to the State Party)

Valley Resident and Mom
Like many of you, I worked while juggling kids’ sports/music schedules, room-parent duties, making sure homework was done and that dinner was on the table. My husband Julio and I have two sons: one a 2019 graduate of SYVUHS currently attending SBCC, the other a graduate of UC Berkeley. We first visited the Valley in 2010 and instantly knew we’d found home. The Valley attracted us due to its natural beauty and the community which shares our family-first values. As an avid equestrian, hobbyist gardener, boutique vineyard owner, home chef and sometimes political commentator (check my substack) — living in Santa Ynez exceeds my expectations every single day. We are truly blessed and grateful to be part of this community.
In addition to my volunteer work for the Republican Party, I am a volunteer with the Santa Ynez Western Heritage Foundation/SYV Rodeo. and an active supporter of Santa Ynez Valley Common Sense.
Retired Technology Executive
Upon graduation from University of Florida, I spent 25 years in high-tech working for such firms as Lotus, IBM and Microsoft. During my 12+ years as Design Director at Microsoft I led engineering teams working on efforts ranging from Xbox to Microsoft Office Artificial Intelligence, PowerPoint and Word. My passion is in humanizing technology such that people are at the foreground and tech is just one of many enablers in achieving individuals’ goals.
I have deep expertise in design, research, engineering and product management and am a successful leader of high-performing teams whose members are great communicators, creators, collaborators and coaches.
